Shipping policy

Order preparation

Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll start preparing your order. All orders are processed within 24 hours before shipping. You’ll receive an email with the tracking details as soon as it’s ready to ship.

Our handling time is 2 to 5 business days within the European Union and 4 to 7 business days for international orders.

Please make sure all the details provided (name, shipping and billing address, postal code, phone number, etc.) are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

We offer free shipping for:

  • All orders within Spain
  • Orders over €370 within the European Union
  • Orders over €470 for the rest of the world

Standard shipping rates:

  • European Union zone 1: Standard €8 | Express €20
    European Union zone 2: Standard €15 | Express €20
    European Union zone 3: Standard €18 
  • United Kingdom: Standard €8 | Express €20
  • Switzerland:Standard €9 | Express €25
  • Canada & United States: Standard €16 | Express €35
  • Rest of the world: Standard €30

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may be affected by customs, local holidays, or peak shipping periods. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

If an order is returned to the sender after several failed delivery attempts or because it was not collected from the designated pickup point, please contact our customer service team at info@mila-sai.com for assistance.
In such cases, if you wish to have the order resent, a new shipping fee will apply. If you prefer a refund instead, please note that the costs of the failed shipment — both the original delivery and the return to the sender — will be deducted from the refund amount.

Taxes & Duties

  • European Union: No additional import charges apply upon delivery.
  • United Kingdom: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning the recipient may be charged import duties or taxes upon delivery.
  • Rest of the World: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), so import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

    Please note that we cannot refund any customs duties or taxes paid to release your order.
