Order preparation

Pieces are begin to be created for your order, when the payment is confirmed.
Note all our pieces are handcrafted and we need 2 weeks for production and shipping. Due to the manual process, we appreciate the understanding in case of any delays.

Orders are shipped from Spain. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with the tracking of your order.

Make sure all the data submitted is correct when placing an order; We are not responsible for incorrect / incomplete information, such as name, shipping or billing addresses, postal code, telephone number.

Cost of shipping

We ship worldwide, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.
Shipping cost is free for orders over 200€ in Spain and over 300€ for the rest of the world.

Returns and exchanges must be requested by email to info@mila-sai.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

The pieces must be in the original condition with the original packaging and the corresponding invoice.

Any piece that appear to have been altered in any way will be refused.
Please note that we do not issue refunds if the piece is deemed faulty.

The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from Mila, Sai. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.

Return your pieces to the address provided in your request. We will not be held liable for any piece returned to a wrong address or not received via post.
